Data Deletion Instructions

1. Submit Your Request: Send an email to our Privacy Team at support@clothovia.com with the subject line Request for Data Deletion. In your message, please include:

• Your full name
• The email address you used on Clothovia
• A brief statement confirming you’d like all your personal data deleted

2. What We’ll Do: Within 30 days of receiving your request we will:

1. Verify your identity based on the information you provided.
2. Permanently delete your account, order history, and any personal details from our systems.
3. Remove you from all marketing lists and third-party integrations (e.g., newsletters, analytics).

3. After Deletion : Once complete, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Please allow up to 5 business days from confirmation for all backups and caches to propagate this change.

Note: Some anonymized logs and audit trails (e.g., order numbers without personal identifiers) may remain in our systems for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes, but these will not be tied back to you or contain any personally identifiable information.
